Face of Evil,  another new song from the upcoming album of Ghost Machinery, is now available for listening on their MySpace page.

Ghost Machinery: “Out for Blood”

The new Ghost Machinery album “Out for Blood” will be released in Europe and digitally worldwide August the 27th 2010, and in North-America October the 5th 2010. Album’s cover art has been designed by Rainer Kalwitz.

The single “Blood from Stone” will hit Finnish radiowaves within a few weeks, and the preparations for a promotional tour have begun.

Press release: Ghost Machinery signed a record deal

The melodic metal band Ghost Machinery from Oulu, Finland, has inked a world wide record deal with the german label Limb Music. The Band’s vocalist is now Taage Laiho (also known from the Finnish heavy rock band Kilpi). Kilpi released their fifth studio album Pirun Merta in 2009. The line-up of Ghost Machinery has slightly changed since the releace of their debut album Haunting Remains. The primus motor and composer/lyricist is still guitarist Pete Ahonen (Burning Point), second guitar is played by Mikko Myllylä, Sami Nyman is the bassist, Jussi Ontero plays the drums, and also the keyboard on the albums.

The band’s new album Out for Blood will be released in Europe in the fall 2010, specific date will be given later. The first radio single is called Blood from Stone, a song that sums up the essence and the best parts of the 80′s! There will be gigs also later this year.

Last minute additions to the gig list

This week you may see Taage in Tampere, where he will be performing acoustic covers on the terrace of Jack the Rooster from thursday through saturday, and on sunday he’s with the heavy jam band in the same restaurant.

The terrace gigs depend on the weather, of course.

So, let’s enjoy Sauna Open Air and Taage’s gigs!

Website’s appearance has been reshaped

As You can see, the administrator has awoken this spring, and has finally made some changes in the appearance of the website.

We hope that the site is now easier on the eye and pleasant to browse through. There are no changes in the content so far, but we are contemplating some new ideas.
